The DOJ Crime Lab Needs Assessment Report is comprised of SIX (6) individual volumes, each of which is made up of EIGHT (8) separate sections. Of those eight sections, six sections are identical in each of the six volumes. The additional two sections, Three and Eight, relate to the individual laboratory sites.
Section Three covers "Facility Evaluation Forms", and Section Eight includes interior and exterior photographs of various labs annotated with critical comments.
This Web site presently contains complete versions of the SIX sections common to each volume. It also includes the contents of Sections Three and Eight, but ONLY as they relate to the DOJ Santa Rosa Crime Lab. The remaining six labs critiqued in the Report will be added as soon as they are available for posting.
Finally, I know that the size of the pages makes them inconvenient for viewing. Within a day or two I'll resize them for easier reading. Until then, I thank you for your patience.
